Job Description:
As a Babysitter at ATG HealthCare, you will be responsible for the daily care and supervision of children in their homes. Responsibilities:
- Childcare and Supervision:
- Provide attentive and responsible care for children.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.
- Follow the parents’ guidelines and preferences for childcare.
- Daily Activities:
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities, games, and educational play.
- Assist with homework and school projects.
- Plan and prepare nutritious meals and snacks.
- Personal Care:
- Assist with daily routines such as bathing, dressing, and diaper changing.
- Ensure proper hygiene and cleanliness.
- Communication:
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents.
- Provide regular updates on the child’s activities and progress.
- Address any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Household Duties:
- Perform light housekeeping tasks related to childcare (e.g., cleaning up after meals, organizing toys).
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Babysitter or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities.
- Strong understanding of safety and first aid practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, reliability, and a caring nature.
