Key Responsibilities:

1. Safe Patient Transport:

• Ensure the safe and timely transport of patients to and from healthcare facilities, including hospitals, clinics, and homes.
• Provide compassionate and respectful assistance to patients during loading and unloading.

1. Vehicle Maintenance:

• Conduct routine inspections of the ambulance to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the ambulance interior and exterior.

1. Emergency Response:

• Respond promptly to emergency calls and provide immediate transport.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and drive safely under pressure.

1. Coordination and Communication:

• Communicate effectively with medical staff, patients, and their families.
• Follow instructions from dispatchers and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.

1. Documentation:

• Accurately complete all required documentation, including patient records and vehicle logs.

Qualifications:

• Valid Driving License:
• Possess a valid heavy vehicle driving license.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is preferred.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an ambulance driver or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with Mumbai routes and traffic conditions.
• Skills:
• Excellent driving skills with a strong safety record.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in emergency situations.
• Physical Fitness:
• Physically fit to assist in loading and unloading patients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
